Thank you for choosing House of Anuraaga. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy below:
𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀:
- The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 48hrs. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer.
- The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging.
- Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

Please note that we provide a detailed description of each saree on our website. If you wish to return a saree, please contact us at houseofanuraaga@gmail.com or 9901848737, mentioning the reason for the return.
In case of a defective saree, we will refund the full amount once we receive your order. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.
IMPORTANT: In case of a defective saree, an opening video is mandatory as proof from beginning to end . Please ensure the video clearly shows the package being opened and the defect in the product.
Exchange:
- In case of exchange, pick up should be borne by the customer, and we will issue a credit note. This credit can be used to purchase another saree from our website.
- The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 48hrs. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer.
Note: In COD orders, extra COD charges excluded in the refund or credit note.
Clearance Sale Items:
Items purchased under "Clearance Sale" can only be exchanged for other items within the same section, not from other collections.
𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days once we receive your package. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.
- For exchange, only a credit note minus shipping charge will be given.

COD is available by paying ₹280 in advance as confirmation. The balance can be paid at delivery (plus COD charges).

Cancellation of your order:
- Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, we will call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customers choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as PG charges)
